• The Class of 2010 will be traveling to the Las Tablas, Panama area from April 4-15, 2010 through The Quiet Hour organization.

• Seniors should see the Quiet Hour website for dress code and suggested items to bring.
• Packing List - as prepared by Mrs. Heilman
• Each senior is required to bring their own mess kit (plate, bowl, cup, fork, knife, and spoon) in a drawstring bag. Disposable items will not be provided. REI has a good option for sale on their website for about $10. Students may be able to find a set locally at stores that sell camping supplies.

• The trip fundraising goal is $1,350.00 per student.
• Letter - official fundraising letter for letter-writing campaign.
• Remember that for donations to be issued a tax-deductible receipt, the check must be made out to Highland Academy Mission Trip with no other notations.

• Each student must have had a Tetanus shot within the last 10 years with evidence provided and on file with the class sponsors.
